When my beloved husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2017, our world was upended. Through the tragedy and suspense of it all, I realized that the way I was spending time with people changed. Although day-to-day busyness remained a constant, we were also connecting with others from a warmer place of intention.
The devastation that my children and I face from this period will live with us forever. But we would also like to hold onto this ability to connect with people in this special place. I don’t know if this is possible, but I would certainly like to try.
From July to December 2018, we kept a small community of friends and family updated on B’s health through the CaringBridge website. After his passing, I don’t feel right using that platform anymore. So the And Postscript site is born to continue the conversation.
Peace and love,
NW
